Yesterday was a day were we all were hoping to see our new acquisitions this summer – Eden Hazard and Marko Marin in Chelsea shirts! Well I think the waiting for all of ous has been over after just starting it (unlike the Torres scenario!) as they were on the score-sheet yesterday against Seattle Sounders along with Lukaku among the scorers with a 2-4 victory as our 1st friendly went underway.
Chelsea lined up in their game of the World Football Challenge with notable absences – the likes of John Terry, Fernando Torres and Raul Meireles all being given extra time off because of their Euro 2012 commitments.
